It’s easy to return an WhistleWorkwear.com purchase. Here’s how:
1. When you receive your order from Whistle Workwear, a return form and instructions are included on the packing list.
 
2. With your original receipt, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment; For example, if your purchase was charged to your credit card, a credit will be issued to that same card.
 
3. If you do not have the original receipt, please allow 2 weeks for us to process verification of your purchase. Our records will show how your purchase was paid, and we will issue a refund in the same form of payment.
 
4. If the item was defective, we will also credit you the shipping cost to return the item to us.
 

5. The return label cost is the customer's responsibility. We can send you a return label and subtract it from your refund or you can choose the return shipping method of your choice to send your return back to us.

 

 

BOOT RETURN & EXCHANGE We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new boots.
But just in case you decide to return them, please treat them with care so we can take them back and keep you happy.
When you try on your boots at home, please walk only on carpeting, and do not oil or treat them until you are sure you will be keeping your boots.
 
We are unable to accept exchanges or returns of boots with scratched soles or other obvious signs of wear.
 
If you wish to return or exchange any merchandise, please use our Customer Service Form.
 
We are happy to accept any worn or unworn merchandise with a manufacturing defect.
 
Some companies may require that their boots be sent back to the factory for evaluation before any adjustments can be made.
 
CLOTHING RETURN & EXCHANGE
Please keep the tags on your items and try them on to insure correct fit. Remember to allow for 3 % shrinkage when purchasing Carhartt items that are not prewashed.
 
We are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any items that have been worn or washed, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If I ordered online can I return or exchange to any Whistle Workwear location?
Yes, if the item is unused, and has all the original packing including the tags, you are welcome to return or exchange the item(s) at any Whistle Workwear location. Please remember to bring the receipt with you, or the item(s) that are being returned will go onto a store gift card.
